Writing to Heal is a guided journaling exercise that utilizes a series of writing prompts. Each day, you will receive a different prompt, and at some point, you will set aside 20 quiet minutes to write about the subject of that day's prompt. We recommend you take this time at the end of your day, before bed. It is proven that just 20 minutes of guided journaling each day can help heal emotional trauma, which can also lead to the healing of physical trauma, as well.
Immediately upon beginning the course, you will find yourself delving into feelings you have pushed to the side or way deep down in order to avoid them. By writing these feeling down, each day, in your own handwriting, and then looking back at them, you will make these feeling tangible, and in turn, fixable. You will experience and amazing sense of acceptance and healing through the course, and even after you have finished.
